Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for eligible products from the date of delivery.

A product may be eligible for return only if:

  • The item is received damaged, broken, defective, or significantly different from the product displayed on our website.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, inserts, and documentation.

MOBO MAKES reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving any return or refund request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or customized products, including items with names, photographs, messages, engravings, or custom designs.

  • Made-to-order products.

  • Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, sweets, and edible gifts.

  • Products that have been used, altered, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items.

Returns for personalized or customized products will only be accepted if the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Order number.

  • Clear photographs of the product.

  • Photographs of the packaging.

  • An unboxing video, if available.

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period.

  2. Provide your order details and supporting images.

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

  4. The product must be securely packed and shipped as instructed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

However:

  • Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.

6. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days from the date of approval.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges, convenience fees, gift wrapping charges, personalization charges, and other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of MOBO MAKES.

7. Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Granted

Refunds may not be approved in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Minor color, texture, design, or finishing variations that may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted production processes.

  • Products returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued at MOBO MAKES' discretion.
